Washington, DC native and Realtor® Magazine ’30 under 30′, Koki Adasi has a passion for three things in life: family, basketball, and real estate. Koki is a graduate of Magruder High School and Mount Saint Mary’s University, and he currently resides in Chevy Chase, DC.
Koki has been an active member of the greater DC real estate industry for over 19 years. He has been involved at both the local and national levels of real estate, serving as the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS’ (GCAAR) President in 2019. Koki also received the GCAAR Realtor of the Year award in 2020 as a result of his volunteering and having earned the respect of his peers. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Sports & Entertainment division at Compass Real Estate, providing him a national network of top agents for the Sports & Entertainment clients he serves.
Outside of real estate, Koki’s time is spent with his family, in volunteer activities, or on the basketball court. He serves on the Board of Directors for local non-profit Horton’s Kids as well as on the Board of Trustees for Mount Saint Mary's University. Koki is committed to serving his clients and community through passion and generosity.
