This was a somewhat complex transaction that I felt would require a very experienced agent with a lot of renovation resources and experience. We were up against the clock in a time of rising interest rates. Koki presented a comprehensive plan to get the home renovated and sold utilizing a contractor he frequently works with. The other choice would have been to sell the house "As is" which would have resulted in far less profit. Koki's contractor renovated the house in record time - less than 3 weeks on a 40k plus renovation. The sad old house now looked amazing! The icing on the cake was Koki's stager who helped us with paint colors and design selections! Koki listed the house and we quickly obtained 3 offers. We settled 25k over the list price in 10 days!
